Eggs are sent in polystyrene boxes of 6 wrapped in bubble wrap,  clearly marked ‘eggs please be careful’. Posted first class Monday to Thursday.  When eggs are received leave to sit in the box at room temperature for 24 hours before starting incubation. 

If more than 50% are infertile i will replace if proof is shown in a clear video. I do not send refunds. I will not send replacement eggs without proof of them being infertile when candled on day 7. Proof required by either video or returning them. I take no responsibility for eggs  which fail to grow or hatch.
